CaseLens Pro is a web app for water, fire and mold restoration contractors. It keeps the approvals, drying log, photos and files for each insurance job in one record that holds up when a desk reviewer or adjuster cuts the bill.
- Approvals and the claim timeline
- Every call, email, approval, adjuster change and reviewer cut, dated. Phone approvals come with a ready-to-send email asking the insurer to confirm them in writing.
- Drying log
- Reading points with dry standards, daily readings and moisture maps; air readings per drying chamber with grains per pound and dew point worked out for you; every dehumidifier and air mover tracked by unit and room.
- Photos and files you can stand behind
- Each photo keeps the capture time, location and camera recorded in it, and every file is fingerprinted when it's uploaded, so a copy can be matched to the original.
- Reports ready to send
- A print-ready drying report for the carrier and a homeowner packet. Finalize a report once; later corrections go in as dated addenda instead of quiet edits.
- Answer a reviewer's cut
- AI reads the reviewer's report next to your job record and drafts a line-by-line response from what you documented.
- Self-pay jobs and money owed
- Insurance claim or not, every job is a case. Record who's paying, who signed and on what basis, the contract, invoices and payments, and apply each payment to the invoice it pays. Reminders list only what each party owes, and Maryland jobs get estimated lien dates to confirm with an attorney.
- Compliance and safety records
- Licenses, insurance and written safety programs with expiry warnings, and a checklist on every job.
